First Ice Cream
So how do I look? What a messy little girl. This was how Dhamia looked like after having her first taste of an ice cream. Wonder whether she tasted the ice cream or just smearing it on her face? Must really be nice as she was not even bothered about her messy look at the end of the ice cream tasting session.
Well girl...there's more ice cream to come. Just do not get as messy as this the next time around.

Speed Demon
How's this for size? Dhamia trying out her walker...well actually the walker was handed down to her by Wawa. It has been quite some time since the walker was used. Now that she is able to sit upright guess it is about time to let her test out the walker.
And I must say that she really enjoyed it as she was all over the house shortly after she was put into the walker. Looks like there's more work to be done especially in keeping an eye out for her as she speeds around the house like a speed demon.

Dhamia Goes To Pizza Hut
Now that Dhamia has begun to eat solid food she seems to be interested in practically everything that we eat. However, as she has yet to have a full set of teeth, we have to be choosy as to what we can allow her to eat. However, mushroom soup like those served at Pizza Hut is a perfect start for her...and she seems to be enjoying the soup.
Since she can already sit upright, it is easier to have dinner out as she can sit in a baby chair...provided of course she behaves herself.

Dhamia And The Cat
Introducing Dhamia to Fat Leonard for the first time. This was a move to familiarise her with cats so that she will not fear them like some other kids who seem to freak out whenever a cat gets close to them. That, to me, is really weird.
Initially Dhamia was rather cautious as this was the first time she was coming face to face with cat, and on top of that, a cat of Fat Leonard's size. But after some time, she began to feel comfortable with the cat and before long she was already tugging at its tail.

Pearl Of The Orient 2
A trip to Penang will certainly be incomplete without taking lots of photographs...and of course, savouring the many varieties of mouth-watering delicacies which made Penang famous as a food haven. But then the downside of having visited Penang on so many occasions in the past is that you will soon run out of places to visit. Although there are many interesting places in Penang to visit you will still run out of places to go to after having visited Penang so many times.
Just when I ran out of ideas on where to visit, it suddenly hit me to visit several locations which have made a name for themselves due to the wall paintings. Although these paintings are not located in one area, their locations were not really that far from one another, thus walking from one point to another was the best option to enjoy the colourful wall paintings.
Judging from the large crowd at these locations, especially those waiting in line to have their photos taken with these wall paintings really showed how popular these paintings are. It is really amazing that something like the paintings which are not really that widely publicized have managed to attract such a large crowd. Not only were the foreign tourists interested in these paintings, most of the local visitors were also not missing out on taking photos of the paintings.
These paintings were so life-like that a cleverly chosen angle for photo will make it look as though you are part of the painting itself. Kudos to the person who painted these as it looked like he really put in a lot of effort to make these paintings look so convincing.

Pearl Of The Orient
It was back to Penang for holiday again. It looks like Penang is always the favourite destination for our holiday each year. Well I guess you can't blame me for that as Penang is considered as a food haven and it is always the food that makes Penang such a wonderful to visit. This time around there is a new addition to the visitor to Penang as this was the first time Dhamia is visiting Penang.
This is one of the must-visit place each time we are in Penang - the Botanical Garden. As always it is always the monkeys which seem to be the attraction here, especially for those who do not fancy walking in the park. Judging from the number of people here it is obvious that the Botanical Garden has not lost its attraction.

Posing Time
What else to do than to fool with the camera while waiting for the traffic light to turn green. And what a better subject than Dhamia. Just wondering though, why that serious look. Maybe she was also wondering what on earth was I doing with the camera.
Even without that smile she still looks cute for the camera.
